How to Send Money

1. Open the Vban app

2. Tap the “Send” button on your dashboard

3. Choose your preferred send method:
   
   

Option 1: Bank Transfer

Send funds directly to your recipient’s bank account, whether local or international, with automatic currency conversion where needed.

Steps:

1. Select Bank Transfer

2. Choose the account (currency) you want to send money from

3. Review the transaction summary, which includes:

• Send Fee

• Conversion Fee

• Exchange Rate

• Amount You’re Sending

• Amount the recipient will receive

Make sure the correct currency is selected to ensure accurate calculations.

4. Enter the recipient’s bank account details

5. Confirm and send

Funds will be delivered securely with full transaction transparency.

Option 2: Mobile Money

Send money instantly to supported mobile wallets using Mobile Money.

Steps:

1. Select Mobile Money

2. Choose the currency and input the amount

3. Enter the recipient’s Mobile Money number and provider

4. Review the transaction summary

5. Tap Send to complete the transfer
