SETTING UP YOUR ACCOUNT

Getting started with Vban is quick and easy. This guide covers how to create your account in any currency of your choice (USD, EUR, GBP) and what to expect during the setup process, so you can start receiving and managing global payments seamlessly.


Creating An Account in Any Currency 

To create your Vban account:

  1. Open the Vban app.

  2. Tap “Create Account” on the welcome screen.

  3. Fill in your details and submit the form.

Once completed, you’ll receive an on-screen confirmation that your request was successful.


What Happens Next?

Your account will go through a brief review process to ensure everything is in order. Most accounts are reviewed and approved within a few minutes. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours. Once approved, you’ll receive a notification and full access to your Vban account in the currency you have requested.


What You’ll Find Under “More”

After your account is live, tap “More” on your dashboard menu to access key features and documents:

  • Account Details

    • View your bank account information, such as account name, account number, bank name, bank address, sort code, or SWIFT codes as applicable for local or international payments in the currency displayed.

  • Bank Statement

  • Download official bank statements for your virtual USD, GBP, or EUR accounts.

  • Useful for payment confirmations, record-keeping, and financial reporting.
