Managing Your Settings on Vban

Your Settings tab on the Vban app puts you in full control of your account, preferences, and security. Whether you're updating your profile, adjusting your transaction limits, or enabling two-factor authentication, everything is built to be intuitive and easy to manage.


Here’s a breakdown of what you can do:


Account Settings

Profile

View your personal details, including:

  • Full Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Phone Number

  • Home Address

Need to close your account?
You can select “Delete Your Vban Account” at the bottom of the page.
A disclaimer will appear. Once you confirm, your account and profile will be permanently deleted.


KYC Verification

Check your current KYC (Know Your Customer) status:

  • Verified or Not Verified

You must complete KYC to unlock full account functionality, including sending and receiving funds.


Transaction Limit

Control how much you can send by setting a transaction limit. Choose between:

  • Daily Limit – Set a maximum amount for daily transfers

  • Monthly Limit – Control your total transfers per month

This is a great feature for budgeting or securing your account from unauthorized use.


Security Settings

Biometric Login

Enable or disable biometric login (e.g. Face ID or fingerprint) for faster, more secure access to your Vban app.


Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Add an extra layer of protection to your vBAN account.

To set it up:

  1. Tap “Secure My Account”

  2. Choose your preferred 2FA method:

    • Authentication App

    • Email Verification


Authenticator App Setup:

  • Open your authenticator app (like Google Authenticator)

  • Tap the + icon

  • Scan the QR code or enter the code manually

Email Verification Setup:

  • Select Email Verification

  • Receive a unique code in your inbox

  • Input the code and tap Verify & Continue

Change PIN

Easily update your 4-digit PIN:

  1. Enter your Old PIN

  2. Enter a New PIN

  3. Tap Next to save changes

Theme Preferences

Customize your Vban app experience:

  • System Settings – Match your phone's default theme

  • Light Mode – Bright interface for daylight use

  • Dark Mode – Low-light friendly, battery-saving theme

Switch anytime based on your preference.

Logout

To log out, tap Logout from the settings menu. You’ll receive a confirmation message before being logged out of the app.
