Updating Your Profile Name on Vban

If your KYC was rejected due to a name mismatch, you’ll need to update your profile name to match the exact arrangement on your valid ID. This guide walks you through how to make that update before resubmitting your KYC.


Please note: This guide is only for users whose KYC is still pending or rejected. If your KYC has already been approved and you need to change your name, please contact our support team at support@vban.com for help.


How to Update Your Name:

  1. Log in to the Vban app

  2. Tap on Settings

  3. Select Profile

  4. Tap the pencil icon next to your name to edit

  5. Update your name exactly as it appears on your valid government-issued ID

  6. Save the changes
